From the PTO Board

PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization.  This organization consists of:

• a board president, vice-president, and secretary/treasurer
• the school principal
• instructional coach
• a representative from Building Committee
• a representative from the Leadership Team
• a teacher representative(s)
• a large group of involved and informed parents

This organization organizes school sales and helps fund various projects.  They are always looking for more members and would welcome your input as a Stanley parent.  Please give consideration to attending one or all of the upcoming meetings.  The dates for sales and other events that the PTO is involved in can be found on the calendar.  We hope to see you there!

• The November skating party raised $78.75.

• The December Candy Grams sales are not totaled as of this meeting.

UPCOMING EVENTS

• PTO will sell concessions from 5-7 pm on the two evening conferences nights

• January 15th Friday Sale -- Cotton Candy $1.25

• January 19th Skating Party 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Roller City

• January 25th at 4:45 p.m. in Library - Site Council & PTO Meeting
